General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions relate to all matters pertaining to access and use of the www.skillzweb.thinkific.com website, resources and related materials, hereinafter known as "Skillzweb", "us", "we"
Any person or organisation accessing or using Skillzweb by way of using training materials or resources is hereinafter known as "the user". Accepting these Terms and Conditions constitutes the Contract between Skillzweb and you.
Access to the website and content
We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to the website, but access to the website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the website from time to time. This does not affect your consumer rights. We assume no responsibility for the contents of any other websites to which the website has links.
Payment
Use of Skillzweb training courses is by having paid in advance. Cleared payment of the stated course price authorises one individual (user) to use one training course. An organisation may purchase as few or as many courses in advance as they choose, according to their own chosen need. The price may be different for each course. We may also offer discounts from time to time.
A user may pause, restart or go back in any course they are working through at any time after it has been started without the need to pay again for the course. However, if they have finished a course and a pass mark has been generated a new payment is required to complete the course again.
You accept that Skillzweb is not liable for unauthorised access to, use of or loss of courses paid for. The customer is wholly and entirely responsible for protecting access to and managing the use of their Skillzweb account. The licence granted to you to access our website and content shall be personal to you and non-transferable.
Refund Policy
All unspent payments are refundable.
